Vintage Weider System of Progressive Barbell Exercise Course Charts 1-6
Found these charts at an estate sale in Austin Texas. I think they are from the early sixties.
These are 6 loose charts that measure 11 1/2 by 17 inches. Chart #1 is in the worst condition of the six with wear and a gouge tear that looks like it can be taped up if you want (see pictures). The rest look more like the #6 chart (see pictures). They all have staple holes on the very top of each chart. There are also some very small tears at the left edge at a fold of most of them (see pictures). These are original vintage and not reproductions. These are frame worthy and would look awesome in a gym, man (or woman) cave or other place you may think of.
Each one reads, " POSED BY THE CHAMPIONS: HARRY POOL, CHUCK SIPES, HUGO LABRA, PIERRE BRUNET, LARRY SCOTT, JORGE BRISCO" at the bottom edge.  These are frame worthy and would look awesome in a gym, man (or woman) cave or other place you may think of.
