This is from a collection of patches from  the 1960s to early 2000's
I think This patch as a retro made in the 1990s and meant to look like it was from the 1970's.
Campy style with a slogan: "70's State of Mind"
About 3" across and is in Excellent to near mint
condition, and never applied. NOS, New, (Measurements are approximate).
This is a sturdy cloth sew on type of patch.
These are for collectors and grab a few and put together a neat retro jacket.
This is part of a huge collection of vintage patches that were stored in a box for years that came from a emblem manufacturer
