    Sizing
    - The ring sizes range from 3 mm to 38 mm (inner diameter) in increments that will help to gradually stretch your foreskin as needed.  Each ring is individually bagged and labeled.
    Suggestion
    - Apply lubricant such as coconut oil to the foreskin before inserting a ring and after removal.  Start with the appropriate ring size based on your phimotic band diameter.  Be patient and start with a short duration of time.
