How to Use an Enema/ Clyster Bulb
Separate rectal applicator syringe from bulb.
Fill syringe bulb with enema solution and replace rectal applicator.
Lubricate rectal applicator syringe using a water-soluble lubricant.
Position yourself in the position you feel the most comfortable and gently insert rectal applicator into the rectum.
Squeeze bulb gently to flush solution into bowel.
Retain solution as long as possible before relaxing the muscles to release contents of bowel.
Repeat process if necessary
