1/ DAFON 500mg 60 / 120 Tabs
Daflon tablets contain 500 mg of flavonoid fraction corresponding to 90% diosmin and 10% flavonoids.
Other ingredients are sodium carboxymethyl starch, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, talc, glycerol, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, sodium lauryl sulfate, iron oxide yellow (E 172), red iron oxide (E 172), titanium dioxide (E 171).
Used in the treatment of venous insufficiency disorders responsible in particular for the sensation of heavy legs, pain or impatience and, in certain cases, hemorrhoids.
Based on the principle of vasculoprotectors and venotonics, Daflon acts by strengthening the resistance of small blood vessels and by toning blood circulation with a view to facilitating the ascent of blood to the heart.
Dosage of Daflon 500mg
The dosage differs depending on the injured area concerned.
As for the veins, for example, 1 tablet noon and evening, at mealtimes, will suffice.
On the other hand, in the case of hemorrhoids, it will be 6 tablets per day for 4 days then 4 tablets per day for 3 days, with treatment limited, in the second case, to 15 days.

2/ DAFLON 1000mg 18 Tabs
The venotonic Daflon 1000mg is a drug which increases the tone of the veins and it is also vasculoprotective ie it increases the resistance of the small blood vessels.
Recommended in the treatment of functional signs related to hemorrhoidal crisis.
The active substance is Flavonoid fraction 1000 mg.
The other ingredients are: Sodium carboxymethyl starch, microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, talc. And the film coating consists of: titanium dioxide (E171), glycerol, sodium lauryl sulphate, macrogol 6000, hypromellose, iron oxide yellow (E172), iron oxide red (E172), magnesium stearate.
The box contains 18 tablets.
Dosage of Daflon 1000mg
The recommended dose is 3 tablets per day for 4 days, then 2 tablets per day for the following 3 days at mealtimes.
