    Description

Offered for sale is a stunning antique dark blue transferware cream pitcher manufactured in Staffordshire, England during the early 1800s.  The creamer is in the "Blind Boy" pattern and overall the creamer measures about 3 3/4" tall and it measures approximately 4 1/2" in length.
The overall condition of the creamer is very good.  It is clean and has no chips, cracks, or repairs, with the exception of a 3/8" shallow chip on the inside rim of the spout.  The white earthenware is still quite bright and the blue color is deep with nice contrast. The glaze is glossy with minor crazing and I see no glaze rubbing. There are no scratches on the exterior and the interior is clean with no stains. The creamer displays extremely well and it would be a nice addition to any collection or home! Please be sure to check out my other auctions for more great items!
